Hi, I'm Bailey Finch! I'm a 4th Year Industrial Designer at Georgia Tech. I attended the University of Georgia my Freshman Year before transferring to GT. I will graduate with my Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design in May of 2027. I am passionate about and am looking to work in themed experience/product design!
Having grown up with dyslexia, I learned to read in an unconventional way that included listening to the audio while reading the story. These immersive experiences led me to dive into many magical worlds and stories that entertained and inspired me throughout my youth. This led me to Industrial Design, where I want to ultimately design for happiness, so that many more kids just like me can experience the awe-inspiring worlds created by detailed storytelling and intentional immersive design!
During my time at Georgia Tech, I have honed my design skills through my many projects (as detailed on the home page) and my rigorous coursework, which currently includes Advanced Immersive Experience Design, Interaction Design Studio, Materials, and Advanced Modeling Concepts.
Throughout these classes and my personal exploration, I will continue to dig into design projects that make me better at what I do, and this portfolio will continue to be updated as such throughout the semester, as will my resume below!
